What are the delivery charges for orders ?

We offer WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)

Which payment methods are accepted?

We prefer payment through STRIPE which is a security payment method for both of us. If you want to pay by other ways, please contact us.

How long will delivery take?

Normally Orders will be processed within 7 days once your payment is completed and confirmed. You will receive a notification email after your package is shipped.

Shipping usually takes 14-28 days within USA & Canada, and 20-30 days to European Countries and other parts of the World. Shipping are usually by air mail, so you will often receive your ordered items faster than you expected!

After your ordered items have been shipped, you will receive a notification email stating the tracking number from us. Please be patient.

If you have not received your shipment within 45 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After you have made an order, there will be an invoice and you may find it in your personal account if you have registered with us. If you cannot find one or you have not registered, don’t worry, there will be a separate confirmation email sending the details of your order to the email account you have provided to us.

Can I get a return or a refund?

We are sorry. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase with us, we DO NOT offer exchanges or returns due to wrong fitting. Most our bikinis are reversible therefore we cant provide any protective stickers.

In case your order arrives damaged or there is a fault, we certainly hope this never happens but if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
